Conservation and full internal refurbishment of a late nineteenth-century Catholic church by Thomas McNamara, including roof and window repairs, brick repair and pointing, and removal of overpainting from characteristic interior brickwork. Lotts led a design team to design a new scheme for the future reuse of the structure with proposals to carefully subdivide the interior space. In addition Lotts carried out repairs to the smaller C of I church and prepared a conservation plan for the hospital campus with its many historic structures and landscape setting.
